TRIORA Wood Surface Antiseptic is a material designed for the rapid elimination, protection, and prevention of the development of fungi, blue stain, mold, and other types of biological damage that destroy wood and negatively affect its performance properties.

Purpose:
Used for treating wooden structures such as rafters, beams, facades, roofs, terraces, stairs, fences, garden furniture, and other wood products. Suitable for both exterior and interior use, including conditions of periodic moisture exposure and weather effects.

Application Instructions

Surface Preparation:

• Clean the wood from any biological growth, bark, pith, dirt, grease, dust, and coatings that prevent absorption.

• IMPORTANT: Wood should be dried to an equilibrium dry state. Treating freshly cut or wet wood significantly reduces effective penetration, retention, and performance of the product.

Dilution:

• The antiseptic is ready to use and does not require dilution.

Application Method:

• Apply to the prepared surface using a roller, brush, sponge, or sprayer.

• Treat 1–2 times with a 20–30 minute interval until the required overall absorption is achieved.

• Important! Apply evenly without drips or gaps. Treat vertical surfaces from bottom to top; end grains require extra attention. Protect the treated surface from moisture until fully dry.

• Do not apply to wet or frozen wood.

• Work should be performed at temperatures from +5 °C to +35 °C.

• Subsequent painting and varnishing of the wood is possible after complete drying.

• Antiseptic treatment is not considered a priming layer.

• Do not add to water-based varnishes or stains to enhance biocidal effects.

Precautions, Storage, and Disposal:

• Keep out of reach of children.

• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.

• Protect from frost.

• Store in a dry, cool place at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C, protected from direct sunlight.

• Dispose of remaining product in organized household waste collection points.
