Great variety, but nothing superfluous

One of the houses in the New Zealand resembles an art exhibition of masters of different styles.  The own method of decoration and various materials are used for decoration of each room. In the priority, the owners of the house had bright colors, a positive attitude and humor. The highlight of the interior is toys that mimic stuffed animals – safaris.

All in color

In the design creation, the interior designer from Scotland has allocated each of the rooms with its own color. Blue living room, maroon hallway. Carrier colors in the rooms are the walls; everything was done without the using of smooth transitions. The ceiling in the colored interior is white, and the floor is a lightwood.

Bright fragments

The designer from France, who is fond of collecting art, turned his apartment into an exhibition hall. In the refined white interior, he decorated the rooms with bright areas on the walls and valuable exhibits of his personal collection.

Home graffiti

An interesting project of Russian designers is graffiti in the apartment. The main part of the walls were decorated with plaster, imitating the bare concrete walls. Drawings of graffiti were executed both on the whole wall, and in certain zones. The ceiling in the interior is traditionally light; the floors are tiled with a geometric pattern.

Color contrasts

The peculiarity of the design of the house in Germany is that the whole room is executed in very calm colors, and the accents are made with the colorful details. These are bright paintings, flowers in vases, furniture, the inside of shelves. Such an interior is good because it is easy to change, if bright colors suddenly seems tiring and you want more quiet colors.

A very lively solution of the interior color design was performed in a private house in England. In the house, each wall is painted in its own color, with no transitions and smooth combinations. However, due to white ceilings, skirting boards, flooring, the interior looks organically.

Yes, the details from the past century can become bright accents in the interior. For example, if you change the upholstery on an antique chair for a saturated color material. A pair of designers from California used four colors for the interior design of their house. These colors they associate with their rest: orange, blue, white and gray. In addition – wood and stone in detail, large plants in floor pots.

The owner of the historic house in Australia used two colors – turquoise and red for the interior design.  This combination is quite rare and seems to be inapplicable to the buildings of the past centuries. Nevertheless, all together looks very lively and fills the house with the positive energy.

We use copper as accessories on furniture, pots or figurines, but certainly did not expect to see copper in the finish of the working area in the kitchen. Such an extraordinary move was carried out in a private house in Sweden. A special originality of the idea added a floor with a chess tile and a burgundy carpet.

The orange ray

Sometimes even a thin line can burst color. A mistress of the house in Ireland made her dream come true – on the lateral side of the stairs on a light lilac background the woman asked to perform the strip in orange. In the general restrained interior of the house, it looks amazing and unusual.
